Therefore I have solved: everything, down with exercise rooms! Now three long months I will be engaged in fitness on air, under beams of the sun and sights of passers-by. No, I am not going to run in the mornings in a sports suit and with a player. I will live as usually, unless I will make to the schedule some changes to continue to improve a figure and without sport club.

And here, actually, and the schedule – for all week.

Monday. For the present nobody cancelled work. But from this day I cancel the lift in the life and completely I exclude standing on the escalator in the underground.
